Choir Success
The school choir have successfully reached the final 10 in S4C's 'Carol yr Wyl' competition.
S4C will be coming out to the school at the end of November to film the choir singing 'Clychau Nadolig' - a song specially composed for our school choir by Mr Essery.
This means lots more hard work and rehearsals for the school choir who are already very busy getting ready for the Christmas concerts and events.

Fairtrade Competition
The choir had more success in October in reaching the finals of the
Fairtrade Song competition. We were invited to the Fairtrade Fair in
Abergavenny and performed in the Borough Theatre. Although we didn't win we were commended by one of the judges for the quality of our performance.
